Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest is open for all children aged 2.5 years to 6 years studying in class Playgroup to Senior Kindergarten with the SpringBoard Preschool Program (subject series, i-series or FLN series) by Periwinkle Books, authored by Planet-E.
  2. Upload the child’s performance in the ‘Participation Form’ in video format.
  3. Child must be in his / her school uniform while recording the video.
  4. The contest begins from 1st November 2026 and ends on 30th November 2026. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
  5. Winners will be announced on 21st December 2026.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. Inappropriate submission, low-quality (unclear) videos, will be disqualified without explanation. No communication will be given to the participants.
  8. Do not upload your child’s photograph. Children’s photographs are not required.
  9. Maintaining basic etiquette while making video will be appreciated.
  10. More than one entry per child will be disqualified.
  11. The participant will get an E-certificate of participation, and the winner will get an E-certificate of appreciation and a surprise gift.
  12. Planet-E hold the rights to use images / videos of the participant’s work in positive light on various platforms for marketing and academic purposes
  13. School will receive 100 points for participating regardless of the number of participants & 200 points if their 1 student or more than 1 student wins.
  14. The decision of the jury will be final and binding with no explanation due to anyone.
  15. By entering this contest, an entrant or participant is indicating his / her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

FAQ's for Rhyme Contest 2026

1. Who is eligible to participate?

Children studying with the SpringBoard Preschool Program by Periwinkle Books, authored by Planet-E. This means students in the SpringBoard Preschool Program from age 2.5 years to 6 years who use the SpringBoard Preschool Program [program refers to the entire package of subject series (9 books minimum) or i-series (integrated monthly program) or FLN series, not individual books]. Your school should be registered for educational services.

2. What is the entry fee?

There is no entry fee for this contest.

3. What to submit?

Child must sing a rhyme or a song with action. Rhyme or a song should be from SpringBoard Preschool Program books [program refers to the entire package of subject series (9 books minimum with rhyme & songs book taken) or i-series (integrated monthly program) or FLN series, not individual books].

4. How can my child submit his / her performance?
  • Record the video of the child singing a rhyme or a song from SpringBoard Preschool Program books. Note: Do not upload the child’s photograph. Video should not be edited for music or speed; fast forward video will not be approved.
  • While recording the video child must wear school uniform.
5. When will the contest begin and what is the deadline of submission?

The contest will start from November 1, 2026, and will end on November 30, 2026.

6. Can children take help of parents / adults?
  • Every child must independently sing the rhyme or a song with actions.
  • Parents / adults can record the video while child is singing and then help child for the submission of their work.
7. What will my child be judged on?

Criteria for judgement is:

  • Originality
  • Creativity
  • Child’s independent work
8. What is there for participant student?
  • Each participant will receive an E-Certificate of Participation (by email).
  • The winner participant will receive E-Certificate of Appreciation (by email) and a surprise gift.

10. What is there for participant’s school?
  • It’s an opportunity for school to collect points and move close to the trophy. School will receive 100 points for participating regardless of the number of participants & 200 points if their 1 student or more than 1 student wins.
11. When will winners be announced?
  • Winners will be announced on December 21, 2026.
12. Who will judge the contest?
  • A group of professionals from Planet-E and its associated guests who hold post-graduate degrees in Human Development and Early Childhood Care and Education will be judging the contest.
13. How to participate in the contest?
