Teacher’s Contest: Display Of The Month 2026-27
Terms & Conditions
- The contest is open only to Early Childhood Educators using the SpringBoard Preschool Program subject series, i-
series or FLN series. - Upload an image of your theme display board in the Google form.
- Submission deadline is the 25th of every month. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Inappropriate, copied, or low-quality (unclear) images will be disqualified without explanation or notification. No communication will be given to the participants.
- Refer to the SpringBoard Preschool Program to choose the theme of that month. SpringBoard Preschool Program Subject Series, i-series or FLN series (program means the whole package, not single books).
- All selected images will be shared with all SpringBoard Preschool Program school partners and uploaded on our Planet-E social media platforms.
- Every month the participant will receive an e-certificate of participation, and the winner will receive an e-certificate of appreciation.
- This is a monthly contest, which will end in Dec’26.
- You can participate every month, displaying all your theme boards. For example, in the school that has 3 Nursery classes/divisions, all 3 teachers can participate in all themes, but all 3 teachers work should be different. Copied ideas will be disqualified.
- The decision of the jury will be final and binding with no explanation due to anyone.
- By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
FAQ's for DOTM Contest 2026
Early childhood educators / teachers who use the SpringBoard Preschool Program [program refers to the entire package of subject series or i-series (integrated monthly program) or FLN series, not individual books]. Your school should be registered for educational services.
- This contest runs for 7 months, from June 2026 to December 2026.
- It is a recurring monthly contest, meaning teachers can participate in all the months.
- Each month’s contest starts on the 1st and ends on the 25th of that month. So, teachers get 7 opportunities (one every month) to participate during the contest period to earn certificates and points for school.
There is no entry fee for this contest.
As per SpringBoard themes specified in Google form prompts to choose from the themes that are going to be introduced in SpringBoard Preschool Program from that month.
The participants must create a display theme board for pre-schoolers aged 2.5 to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten).
Yes, you can participate every month, displaying all your theme boards. For example, in the school that has 3 Nursery classes/divisions, all 3 teachers can participate in all themes, but all 3 teachers display board should be different. Copied ideas will be disqualified.

- Develop a theme display board for your class
- Click a photo and submit the photo in JPEG (image of board).
- Each participant will receive an E-Certificate of Participation (by email).
- The winner will receive E-Certificate of Appreciation (by email).

Winners for each month’s contest will be announced during the next month’s meeting on the first Saturday.
A team of professionals from Planet-E and its associated guests who hold post-graduate degrees in Human Development and Early Childhood Care and Education will be judging the contest.
- Age-appropriate content
- As per that month’s theme
- A neat presentation of the theme board
- Originality of concept
- Easy to understand
- Quality of the image
- Print handwriting (not cursive or calligraphy)
- Appropriate labelling of pictures (only in print letters, Capital only if the word is a proper noun).
