Teacher’s Contest : Importance of Festivals & National Day

Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest is open only to early childhood educators using the SpringBoard Preschool Program subject series, i-series, or FLN series.
  2. To participate in the contest, click on the given link: Participation Form 
  3. The last day of submission for “Tatva 2025-26 – Importance of Festivals” is October 31, 2025.
  4. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
  5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
  6. Upload an image of your activity and a demonstration video of Importance of Festivals or National Day by dramatizing or storytelling in the Google form.
  7. Inappropriate concepts, images, and videos, as well as low-quality (unclear) images and videos, will be disqualified without explanation. No communication will be given to the participants.
  8. Copied ideas will be disqualified.
  9. A video should be based on learning or revising a concept for the age group of 2 to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten).
  10. The video should not be longer than 3 minutes.
  11. Maintaining basic etiquette while making videos will be appreciated.
  12. We understand that videos submitted may have students, and therefore such material may not be used by us without prior consent, and the same will be deleted upon completion of the contest.
  13. More than one entry per teacher will be disqualified. However, any number of teachers per school can participate. For example, in a school that has 3 Nursery classes/divisions, all 3 teachers can participate in the contest, but each teacher will have to submit different forms.
  14. All selected images and videos will be shared with all the SpringBoard Preschool Program school partners and uploaded on our Planet-E social media platforms.
  15. The participant will get an e-certificate of participation, and the winner will get a certificate of appreciation and a surprise gift.
  16. The school earns 50 points for participating and 100 points for winning.
  17. The decision about winners will be final and binding to all participants. No queries will be entertained.
  18. No communication will be made to the participants who are disqualified or not selected as winners.
  19. An entrant or participant indicates that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by entering this contest.

FAQ's for TATVA Contest 2025

1. Who is eligible to participate?

Early childhood educators / teachers who use the SpringBoard Preschool Program [program refers to the entire package of Subject series or Integrated series (i-series) or FLN series, not individual books]. Your school should be registered with us for educational services.

2. What is the duration of the contest?

The contest will begin from July 1, 2025, and will end on October 31, 2025.

3. How do I participate in the contest?

Fill up the participation form, given in the link below to participate in this contest.

4. What is the entry fee?

There is no entry fee for this contest.

5. Which age group will the participant create the video for?

The participants will have to do activity in class with children and take a video on how creatively the concept is taught. The age range for pre-schoolers is 2 to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten).

  1. Participants need to make a video on Importance of Festivals or National Day by dramatizing or storytelling.
  2. 2-3 photos showing steps of children doing a takeaway activity for that festival or national day.

7. How can the participant/educator submit her work?

Participants can submit the work in Google Form, including a picture of your takeaway activity and a video showing the demonstration of how creatively you have taught the Importance of Festivals or National Holiday. Video should not be edited for speed; fast forward video will not be approved.

8. What are the judgment criteria?

9. Who will judge the contest?

A group of professionals from Planet-E and its associate guests who hold postgraduate degrees in Human development and Early Childhood Care and Education will be judging the contest.

11. What’s there to win?
  • Each participant will receive an E-Certificate of Participation (by email).
  • The winner will receive Certificate of Appreciation & Surprise Gift.

If 1 teacher or more than 1 teacher wins the school will earn 100 points per grade. For example, if the Nursery teacher wins, the school gets 100 points, and if the Jr. KG teacher also wins, the school gets an additional 100 points.

The above point system will be applied for all grades teachers. i.e., the school will earn points per grades participation.

13. What is the deadline for submission?

The submission deadline is October 31, 2025. 

14. When are the winners going to be announced?

The winners will be announced on November 24, 2025.
